Lola Vice, also known as Valerie Loureda, is a wrestler with WWE. She performs with the NXT brand and is a member of the American Top Team. Loureda shared a stunning new set of photos and a video on Instagram this week. In it, she enjoyed a vacation in Miami. Loureda posed in a pink swimsuit on a jet-ski. Loureda captioned the post, "I do whatever I want, I get whatever I want." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Valerie Loureda stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Loureda has to stay in fighting shape for her matches. One thing she likes to do is box. She shared this video on Instagram of herself training at the gym. Physical therapist, James Edwards, DPT, told The Cleveland Clinic that boxing is a great workout. "Boxing combines punching drills and conditioning exercises that can improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance and coordination," Dr. Edwards says. "It can also reduce stress, anxiety and depression and improve your confidence and overall well-being."

Loureda is committed to her wellness routine. She shared her secrets with Muscle and Fitness. "I'm very big on my routine with my vitamins, my supplements and, and my nutrition. So I do eat healthy, and I don't eat a lot of carbs. But if there's something I'm very disciplined with, it's my vitamins and my blood work is really important to me. Every day I work out, and after every workout I use Vital Performance Recover. I love guava lime— it reminds me of Miami. After every training session, I always do that to make sure I'm good for the next one. You know, it really helps my body and my recovery. The amino acids, and everything has been amazing for, for my training."

Loureda has amazing legs and she makes sure to take care of them. She shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing squats with punches and weights and donkey kicks with a kettlebell. Loureda captioned the post, "Winter in Miami."

Loureda is proud of herself for going after her dreams. She talked about this in an interview with Busted Open Radio. "I cry a lot thinking about this but, I'm proud of myself for following my dreams and my passion. I remember being little and looking myself in the mirror being like, 'God put you in this world to be something big.' I never cared about partying, I never cared about boyfriends or friends or none of that. All I ever cared about was my career, and I'm not gonna lie, when I decided to sign here from MMA, I was like, 'Did I make the right decision?' I took a big leap of faith in myself and I'm just very proud of myself because I'm a go-getter and I don't let anything stop me and I've put myself in that gym for a year-and-a-half, the first one there, the last one to leave, doing everything extra so no one can say anything was ever handed to me."

Loureda tells Muscle and Fitness that she doesn't care what people think about her. "I would say don't listen to what anybody has to say about you, because you have to be yourself and stay true to yourself in order to be recognized by the world. And if I would have listened to what anybody said about me, I wouldn't be in the position where I am now. And just because I don't look like I'm the stereotype in my sport doesn't mean I don't have the same level and the same talent. So I would tell girls to stay true to themselves. Be yourself, and work a hundred times harder than everyone else in your career. Stay true to your passion and just grow and shine—don't let anybody tell you otherwise."
