Thanks to the help of his therapist, Miles finally felt comfortable on tonight’s episode to talk to Amber about his sexuality.
However Amber could not deal with the news that Miles had not only had feelings for the same sex but had also hidden a relationship from her. To be honest it was just one too many betrayals. And the part that nearly broke her was the personal humiliation.
For years people have been saying things about him and she had always dismissed it. Even going as far to call those people “haters”. Yet to find out that it was true has made her wonder if people had been secretly laughing her behind her back because they saw something she didn’t.
And so Amber ran out of counselling. She knew she couldn’t face Miles and simply wanted to go home to her mother. But the therapist made her talk about what happened and she got Amber to the point where the other woman was willing to admit that she did not hate Miles for being the way he was. Though they both agreed that Amber was going to need some time to herself else she might do something drastic.
Elsewhere, though, Brandi met up with her good friend Tiny to discuss the problems in her marriage. Brandi had told Tiny all about the encounter she walked in on when her man was surrounded by four different women and had one touching his arm. And sure Tiny did say that she would have been upset too but she wasn’t afraid to tell Brandi that maybe she did overreact.
Brandi has been known to have a temper. So in order for her to go forward then she has to acknowledge the part she played in her fight with her husband as well as forgive him for throwing the ring. Because she wouldn’t have asked for Tiny’s opinion if she didn’t want some help in learning how to forgive and move on.
And speaking of moving on, Ray J and Teairra continued to speak despite knowing that no good ever comes from it.
They had met up what turned out to be their spot and Teairra wanted to discuss the Princess situation. It seems Teairra didn’t understand why Ray J had thrown her under the bus when it came to her fight with Princess and so she wanted to demand some loyalty. For she felt like she never would have done that if their positions had been reversed. But Ray J didn’t want to hear her complain about the way he treats her. He felt she had been shady with Princess so in the end she got what she deserved. At least according to Ray J.
But what does Nia deserve? Nia, Shanda, and Nikki had gone out together and they got to talking about Nas. Nia had found out that Soulja Boy was still texting his side piece and she had learned that tidbit of information after looking at the other woman’s phone. So she’s had enough. She knows her boyfriend was going to keep doing what he was doing but this time around she swore that she was going to be expecting more for herself.
And so she wanted her man to take accountability for once. He had crossed the line and she wanted to know that he was never going to do it again.
Yet rather than calmly talk to Nia, Soulja Boy tried to say she was the one that creating a problem. It seems he didn’t have to apologize to her or that’s what he’s claiming anyways but the fact he did should mean she was important to him. So he didn’t want to do anything else or attempt fix their relationship. He wanted her to forgive him then and there and then move on.
Although he did managed to blame her friends for stirring up the pot. He said that she would have dropped it already if it hadn’t been for her whore friends whispering in her ear. And the truth is the friends actually have her back more than her man.
Nikki had met up with Nas later at Nas’s event and she told the other woman that she shouldn’t be in a relationship with a guy that won’t claim her. Then she implied that Nas should want more for herself so the women were about to get into a fight when all of sudden Nas became sick. Sick as in she was throwing up all over the place and Nikki didn’t want to get splashed.
And as for Miles and Amber, they were both telling people.
Amber told her grandma and funnily enough Grandma had her suspicions. She eventually admitted that she had thought Miles was gay or at the very most interested in men and the reason she didn’t say anything was because she didn’t want to hurt Amber. Only Amber was still left feeling hurt. There were plenty of people in her life that she intentionally cut because they said something pertaining to Miles’s sexuality. So looking back she feels like Miles left her with only her family.
Meanwhile Miles started to tell his own family about his relationship with a man and, though it was hard, they told him that they were going to support him. And that they would try to understand.
THE END!
