Tucked away on the outskirts of London is one of the most exclusive gated communities in the country. Keston Park in Bromley has been nicknamed 'Millionaire's Row' and the eclectic list of famous names who have called the neighbourhood home certainly backs that up.
Over the years Margret Thatcher, YouTube stars KSI and the Sidemen, and Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman have all lived in Keston Park. And the rich and famous pay a pretty penny for the privilege of living in one of the most unique postcodes in Britain, with some homes selling for upwards of £12million.
The Park is made up of over 200 homes on seven private roads, surrounded by two huge swathes of woodland. The roads are wide with leafy verges and original vintage street lamps, and the houses are equally as impressive.

A big pull of the Park is that it's recognised as one of the most secure private residential estates in the UK. All entrances are gated and it boasts a 'discreet but extremely effective private security system' with manned guards and 24/7 CCTV. As a result, not many have seen the inside of Keston Park but MyLondon spoke to people who lived nearby about what life is like living next to such an exclusive estate.
Caroline, who has lived in the area for more than a decade, said: "We've lived here for years but we've never seen behind those gates there. My son got very excited a few years back when his favourite YouTubers moved in (The Sidemen). I'd be lying if I said I wasn't intrigued. The whole area around here is lovely, but then you see houses in the Park listed for sale every now and then and it's a different level of wealthy."
Another neighbour, who didn't want to be named, said: "The cars you see going in and out, big 4x4s with tinted windows, Jaguars, all sorts. Whenever I see them it gets me thinking about how the other half live.
"Not that the rest of us can complain as it is lovely even outside of The Park but you get the impression it's a different life inside of The Park. From what I've seen it's a bit like Centre Parks, but with mansions instead of little cabins!"
Keston Park was established by Frederick Rogers in 1923 with a unique vision influenced by American housing developments. He wanted to combine the allure of beautiful parkland settings in America with the grandeur of a rich British estate.
At the time, Keston Park was relatively isolated so a small parade of shops known as Locksbottom Village was built for residents and he also created a Clubhouse for residents to socialise, now known as Chapter One. The Park is now managed by a residents association who are responsible for the maintenance of the Park.
Most recently, one property went up for sale on Forest Ridge. For £12million you'll get a seven bedroom, seven bathroom property complete with a tennis court, inside swimming pool, gym and cinema room.
